For the prepainted Aluminum Coil ,the most important is the thickness of the Painted ,that is very hard to check by the eye,if without the professional machine ,the customer will never know the actual quality,but we have the test machine and will check the PE/PVDF coated thickness in the processing and after finished,also check the quality again before packing ,to ensure the quality is meet the customer’s require

So always some customers said our price is little higher as we only produce the high quality .The PE/PVDF material takes 40% of the total cost,but if other only coated 12 um ,less half thickness of customer asked ,the cost is less accordingly ,but the customer can not find the difference by eye ,only after 3-4 years ,then find the difference ,but that is too later to regret .We are sincerely and only produce the best quality and service to meet customer requirement !
